Before you reserve
Gallery delivery: Your edited gallery arrives by download link within 3 weeks of your session. Need photos for holiday cards? Include your deadline in your message before booking.
Arrival & parking: We’ll send the exact address, parking guidance and your confirmed start time before your session. Arrive ready at that time.
What to bring: The festive setups are ready for you. Come dressed for your portraits; bring any usual baby-care essentials your family needs.
Christmas mini booking terms
$80 non-refundable retainer to reserve your confirmed slot, credited toward your session total. You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Changes with less than 72 hours’ notice and no-shows forfeit the deposit; a new $80 deposit is needed to rebook. Remaining balance due on the session day, in cash or by Interac e-transfer.
Sahar confirms your room, date, time and total price before payment. Use only the e-transfer payment email confirmed directly in writing.

Before your session
A few helpful answers.
When should I book a newborn session?
You can enquire during pregnancy using your estimated due date. We’ll confirm the session date together once your baby arrives.
What if my baby comes early or late?
Your due date is a starting point. Message Sahar when your baby arrives, and we’ll adjust your newborn session date together, subject to availability. Your baby’s comfort and readiness come first.
When will my photographs be ready?
You’ll receive your edited gallery by download link within 3 weeks of your session. If you need photos sooner for holiday cards or a gift, message us before booking.
What is included?
Each session includes guided posing and the edited digital images listed in your package. Newborn wardrobe and accessories are available. We’ll confirm the location, styling and any extras before booking.
How can I pay?
The $80 booking deposit is by Interac e-transfer. The remaining balance on your session day can be paid in cash or by e-transfer.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
The $80 deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice.
Will my photos be posted online?
Only with your permission — we always ask first.
How much is the deposit?
An $80 non-refundable deposit via Interac e-transfer secures your confirmed date. We will confirm the payment email in writing after we confirm availability. The balance is due on your session day.

Where does my session take place?
Sessions are available by appointment at our Richmond Hill studio, at rental studios, in your home or outdoors across the GTA. We’ll confirm your session’s exact location before you pay your deposit.

Booking & deposit
A flat $80 non-refundable deposit by Interac e-transfer reserves your date. Your date is confirmed once the deposit is received. We’ll confirm availability and send the payment details before you pay. The deposit goes toward your total.
Payment
All prices include HST. The remaining balance is due on your session day — cash or Interac e-transfer, your choice.
Rescheduling & cancellation
You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit — a new $80 deposit is needed to rebook.
For a change requested between 72 hours and 7 days before your session, please message us to discuss availability and the options before making a new booking.
On the day
Sessions run back-to-back, so please arrive on time. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may shorten your session. Children must be supervised at all times.
Baby sessions follow your little one’s comfort, with time for feeding and soothing. If anyone is unwell, please message us before coming.
Your photos
You’ll receive your edited gallery by download link within 3 weeks of your session. Your photos are for personal use: printing, sharing with family and posting on your own social media.
We only share your photos on our Instagram or website with your explicit permission. You choose “Yes, you may share my photos” or “No, please keep them private” in your session agreement. Neither choice is preselected, and keeping your photos private does not affect your price or session.
